This Ticket allows you to enter on Sunday NOT Saturday for the Main Event.

Canceled Tickets will be sold on Sunday onside 8:30am only to Main Event or Spectator Ticket Holders.

Tickets may be cancelled and refunded up to 7 days before the event date. Write an Email to: EventSupport@olli-baba.com

Within 7 days before the event, tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable. 

Topcut Players of the Main event may cancel their Treasure Cup Ticket at the Main Event Stage on sunday Morning before the Event.

It is not possible to enter the venue without a valid Ticket. Limited free Spectator Tickets will be available on 15.03.26 10:00am CET.

One ticket per person – no multiple registrations allowed.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Resale is strictly prohibited.

🏆 Tournament Structure
Swiss Rounds

Up to 10 Swiss rounds, or only one Player is undefeated.

Match format: Best of 1

Round time: 30 minutes

Venue opens: 8:00 AM

Last Minute Ticket sale on Side: 8:30am

(will be available only for Spectator and Main Event Ticket holders)

Final registration & decklist submission close: 8:50 AM

Treasure Cup starts: 9:00 AM

¹Ticket Sales – Terms & Conditions

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for the event.

• By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts these Terms & Conditions.

• There is NO physical Ticket, by entering your Bandai Membership ID and buying a Ticket you are automatically entered into the Event. 

• 2 Days before the Event you will be enrolled into the Bandai TCG App.

2. Refunds & Cancellations by Customer

• Tickets may be cancelled and refunded up to 7 days before the event date.

• Please write an Email to: EventSupport@olli-baba.com for any cancellation requests

• From 7 days before the event onward, tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

• Refunds (where applicable) will only be issued to the original payment method.

3. Incorrect or Invalid Bandai Membership No

• Tickets that contain incorrect or invalid Bandai Membership No cannot be registered.

• If the Bandai ID is not corrected, these tickets will be automatically cancelled 7 days before the event.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct and valid Bandai Membership No within the required time frame.

• In case of automatic cancellation due to incorrect Bandai ID, it will be automatically refunded.

4. Ticket Transfer & Resale

• Tickets are personal and resell is strictly forbidden.

• Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale may be declared invalid with no right to entry or refund.

5. Entry Conditions

• Valid identification and registration may be required for entry.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants for safety, rule violations, or disruptive behaviour.

6. Buying and Selling cards and other Items

• Buying and Selling cards and other items is prohibited within the venue. Violations may result in penalties and exclusion from the venue.

7. Use of Personal Data

• Personal data collected during ticket purchase and registration is used for event administration and legal compliance.

• Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
