🎟 Ticket Rules

One ticket per person – no multiple registrations allowed.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Resale is strictly prohibited.

👥 Player Capacity

Maximum number of players: 1,024

📢 Player Information

A mandatory briefing for all participants will take place 4 days prior to the event.

🏆 Tournament Structure
📅 Day 1 – Main Event Swiss Rounds

Up to 10 Swiss rounds, depending on the number of participants.

Match format: Best of 1

Round time: 30 minutes

📅 Day 2 – Top Cut

Top 32 players advance to Day 2 (subject to attendance).

Match format: Best of 3

Round time: 60 minutes

📅 Day 1 (Main Event)

Venue opens: 8:00 AM

Final registration & decklist submission close: 8:50 AM

Round 1 begins: 9:00 AM

Side Event registration opens: 12:00 PM

📅 Day 2 (Top Cut + Side Events)

Venue opens: 9:00 AM

Top Cut starts: 10:00 AM

Side Event registration: All day

¹Ticket Sales – Terms & Conditions

1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for the event.

• By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts these Terms & Conditions.

• There is NO physical Ticket, by entering your Bandai Membership ID and buying a Ticket you are automatically entered into the Event. 

• 2 Days before the Event you will be enrolled into the Bandai TCG App.

2. Refunds & Cancellations by Customer

• Tickets may be cancelled and refunded up to 7 days before the event date.

• Please write an Email to: EventSupport@olli-baba.com for any cancellation requests

• From 7 days before the event onward, tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

• Refunds (where applicable) will only be issued to the original payment method.

3. Incorrect or Invalid Bandai Membership ID

• Tickets that contain incorrect or invalid Bandai Membership IDs cannot be registered.

• If the Bandai ID is not corrected, these tickets will be automatically cancelled 7 days before the event.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct and valid Bandai ID within the required time frame.

• In case of automatic cancellation due to incorrect Bandai ID, it will be automatically refunded.

 

4. Ticket Transfer & Resale

• Unless otherwise stated, tickets are personal and may not be resold for commercial purposes.

• Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale may be declared invalid with no right to entry or refund.

5. Entry Conditions

• Valid identification and registration may be required for entry.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants for safety, rule violations, or disruptive behaviour.

 

6. Use of Personal Data

• Personal data collected during ticket purchase and registration is used for event administration and legal compliance.

• Data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
